Waves

A natural progression from ripple to wave, this design takes the elements of the Ripples design and exaggerates them, using strong straight-cut grains instead of burr cuts to create a bolder style.

From the dominant stripes of Zebrano, through the orange steaks of Santos Rosewood into the rich dark stripes of Macassar Ebony and Lauro Preto, waves is about vibrancy and contrast. You'll notice the angles of the grain change from outer to inner so that the design's fluidity is mirrored by the grain patterns within it.
